Don't miss the 37th Annual Home Tour!
The Lake Arrowhead Communities Chamber of Commerce will be presenting the 37th Annual Home Tour on Saturday, September 17, 2011 from 9am – 5pm.
- If you purchase a morning boat shuttle ticket, we ask that you view the boat shuttle home between 9:00 am and 12:00 noon.
- If you purchase an afternoon boat shuttle ticket, we ask that you view the boat shuttle home between 12:00 noon and 4:00 pm.
- You can view the other homes anytime between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
The Lake Arrowhead Communities is full of spectacular homes and the only way to view some of the most impressive residences in the area is to participate in the annual Home Tour. For 36 years a wide variety of homes have been featured – from lakefront mansions to historic cabins. The annual Home Tour shows off the best of the Lake Arrowhead Communities.
The tour showcases 5 stunning homes, one available only via boat shuttle, along with a wine and cheese reception at the Arrowhead Lake Association's Burnt Mill Beach Club and a souvenir wine glass.
Ticket prices are as follows:
- $30 per person if tickets are purchased prior Saturday, September 17.
- $35 per person the day of the event (cannot be purchased online, you must come to our office in Lake Arrowhead Village)
- The Home Tour is the primary fundraiser for the Lake Arrowhead Communities Chamber of Commerce. It takes approximately 200 volunteers to staff the Home Tour. All money raised from this event is put directly back into the communities.
- Make sure to print your ticket! Print and bring to the first house you visit on the day of the event.
